Party on a personal crusade against the abuse of certain influencers, the rapper Booba has also apparently abused his position.

In any case, it will be up to the courts to decide. Because the complaint of Magali Berdah, target of cyberbullying on the part of the rapper and his fans, has been deemed admissible by French justice. And a judicial source from AFP revealed that a judicial investigation had recently been opened against the Duke of Boulogne.

“Influencers”But what is it ?

At the end of 2021, influencer Marc Blata accuses Booba of wearing a fake watch during a photo shoot. And if the story could have ended there, it was to know the rapper badly, who built a good part of his career on public confrontations with other personalities, starting with his colleagues. So, doing some research, he counterattacks. And it must be said that there is reason: because the Dubai-based influencer notably promotes NFTs which in fact almost systematically cause the loss of investments of those who trust them. What the rapper is happy to expose.

Booba does not stop there, however: by going up the wire, and in particular alerted to the dubious practices of other influencers, he finds a new target, Magali Berdah. At the head of Shauna Events, an agency of influencers including Marc Blata, his clients include a good part of the malfeasance attributed to the influence market in general. From that moment, he will not let go, encouraging his millions of subscribers to do the same by following the hashtag #influvoleurs.

Its vigilant action is bearing fruit, however, since the government really took up the issue last year, Bruno Le Maire even going so far as to welcome Booba’s action.

An incredible cyberbullying campaign

Meanwhile, Magali Berdah did not let herself go. In addition to defending her point of view in the media, she has filed several lawsuits against Booba, some of her most active cyberstalkers, and even Twitter, which she accuses of complicity in cyberstalking for the slowness and lack of effectiveness of its moderation.

Thus, last April, she explained that she had received more than 120,000 messages of insults or threats in one year, and that the phenomenon did not really show signs of appeasement. At the same time, a man was indicted for illegal access to the criminal history processing file, and the dissemination on YouTube of confidential information on personalities including Magali Berdah.

Not satisfied, Booba filed a complaint against X for misleading commercial practices and organized gang scam with the line of sight, of course, Shauna Events.
