It will be followed by a dinner organized by Catherine Colonna at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Convince Macron to support an initiative from Arab countries
Around the table will be the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the Palestinian Authority, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria and Turkey. The secretary general of the Arab League is also part of the delegation. But also, to try to convince Emmanuel Macron to support an initiative from Arab countries which will soon be presented to the United Nations to demand a “ceasefire” between Israel and the terrorist group Hamas. This meeting takes place as part of a tour of these foreign ministers to members of the United Nations Security Council. The same delegation was previously in Beijing and Moscow.
