The facts occurred this Tuesday morning, around 7 am. According to a police source, they seized several goods for an amount of nearly €7,000.

According to information from Europe 1, one or more individuals managed to break into a tobacco-press store this Tuesday morning, around 7 a.m., in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. After having dug the wall of the cellar of the neighboring building, they were able to enter the tobacco shop.

According to a police source, the thieves seized several thousand euros worth of scratch cards and nearly six bottles of champagne. The criminals also made bets on the PMU terminal for an amount of €6,817 before fleeing. An investigation is underway to try to identify the burglars and assess the operator’s damage.
