(CercleFinance.com) – ING announces that it bought back during the week of December 19 to 23 inclusive, 315,504 of its own shares at an average unit price of 11.26 euros, therefore representing a total amount disbursed of 3.55 million euros.
In total, as part of its 1.5 billion euro share buyback program announced on November 3, the Dutch bank has acquired to date 107,032,702 shares for a total amount of just over 1.2 billion euros.
