Inka Bause: She would marry a second time

Moderator Inka Bause (51) will help farmers who are hungry for love again from today on Sunday (April 19, RTL, 8:15 p.m.). At "Bauer sucht Frau International", the offshoot of the long-standing success show, the search even goes beyond Germany's borders. Meanwhile, the dome show host has been single since 2011. In an interview with "Bild am Sonntag", she revealed that she has no problem with this and how the search for the one works for her.

She doesn't want to be married herself

While Bause has been looking for the perfect partners for her farmers for years, it is out of the question for the moderator to seek help from others: "My friends also no longer dare to couple up. I smell such attempts at 100 meters against the wind, I'm an expert after all. " In addition, she is in no hurry to find a partner anyway, says Bause. She was grounded by her past, had experienced many good and bad things, so that she had become very comfortable with the calm in recent years. Nevertheless, the moderator did not finish the topic: "And the right one will come."

A new wedding is not excluded

Bause was married from 1996 to 2005 and has a 23-year-old daughter from the marriage. She would not be averse to a new wedding. "It can hit me tomorrow and the day after tomorrow I can accept the application," she explains. This attitude helps her to deal empathetically with the "BSF" couples, to cheer them on and to be happy with them. "With every new couple I think: And next time it's my turn! And thank God my contract doesn't say that I have to be married or in love for the moderation."

Your goal in the Corona crisis: support artists

Inka Bause is of course also currently dealing with the Corona crisis. "I can count myself lucky that I am not afraid of existence – but I try to help others where I can," she describes her situation in an interview. For example, they buy vouchers for concerts or pay their band in advance for performances. It is important to her to support artists.

Bause himself started a music career in the East and then became very popular and well-known through "Bauer sucht Frau" as a presenter: "That people would be interested in me again. That show has borne and taken care of me for so long, that is a huge privilege, "she says happily.
