(CercleFinance.com) – The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed downwards, on October 14, the threshold of 10% of the voting rights of Innate Pharma, then on October 18, that of 10% of the capital, due to a sale of shares on the market by CDC Croissance.
The public financial institution specified that it indirectly holds, through CDC Croissance and Bpifrance Participations, 7,988,369 Innate Pharma shares, or 9.99% of the capital and 9.90% of the voting rights of this biopharmaceutical company.
