Inside Man on Netflix: “an” “incoherent” marvel… the new series from the creator of Sherlock divides viewers


In first position in the ranking of the most viewed series on Netflix this Thursday, November 3, the series “Inside Man” (by the creator of “Sherlock”) nevertheless divided the subscribers of the platform!

After Sherlock, Scottish screenwriter Steven Moffat returns with a brand new detective series. The former showrunner of Doctor Who unveiled this week on Netflix Inside Man, a short series of four episodes retracing the investigation carried out by a young British journalist, helped from the bottom of her cell by an American death row inmate.

This series, whose plot is reminiscent of that of Silence of the Lambs, notably brings together Lydia West (Years and Years), David Tennant (Broadchurch) and Stanley Tucci in its cast, in his most significant role since his performance in Lovely Bones by Peter Jackson!

Launched on Netflix this Monday, October 30, Inside Man only needed a few days to climb to the top of the ranking of the most viewed series on Netflix. However, the series has divided Internet users, as evidenced by the many messages from viewers on social networks, for some rave reviews, and for others much more measured.
