Newly elected to head the Assembly’s finance committee, the Insoumis deputy Éric Coquerel announced on Thursday the forthcoming launch of a fact-finding mission on private consulting firms. “Everyone has seen the news on Capgemini, McKinsey, etc., which may allow us to question ourselves on the questions of the value for money of these consulting firms, their necessity, their role, why they are there“, declared the elected official of Seine-Saint-Denis in committee.

“This is something that I would like to put on our committee’s calendar fairly soon“, he added, without giving more details on the timing of this fact-finding mission.
An announcement shared on Twitter, to which Éliane Assassi (CRCE), rapporteur for the Senate inquiry committee on the role of consulting firms, responded strongly.
