A few days ago, the leaker Alessandro Paluzzi posted a screenshot of what appears to be an Instagram menu on Twitter. The mobile developer indicates that Instagram would work on an AI bot with which one could chat, to ask questions or receive advice. The chatbot would have no less than 30 different personalities that one could choose from.

For the moment, Meta has not communicated around such a feature. For The Verge however, this would be consistent with a statement by company CEO Mark Zuckerberg that the company is developing ” AI personas that can help people in different ways and that these chatbots could be integrated into Meta’s instant messaging services, such as WhatsApp or Messenger. On the chatbot in Instagram, Meta declined to comment on the leak.

AI-generated stickers in Messenger
The writing of The Verge claims to have attended a Meta company meeting. This may already be technically possible, since Meta announced a month ago ImageBind, a model capable of supporting several types of requests: audio, image, text, etc.
