Mainly known for her role in the series Diane, femme cop, Isabel Otero celebrated her 60th birthday on August 5, 2022. On this occasion, Télé Star brought out photos of the actress from her archives dating from 1999.

Born August 5, 1962 in Rennes, Isabel Otero celebrated its 60th anniversary on August 5, 2022. Daughter of painters Antonio Otero and Clotilde Vautier, the actress grew up in a family of artists. Proof, she is the sister of director Mariana Otero, the half-sister of actor Antojo Otero, as well as the granddaughter of the Spanish poet Antonio Otero Seco. Otherwise, she gave birth to the actress Ana Girardot in 1988, which is the fruit of her union with the actor Hippolyte Girardot. Subsequently, Isabel Otero shared the life of journalist Éric de Kermel, before getting married Joachim Roberfroid in 2019.

Predestined to find success in an artistic field, Isabel Otero therefore turned to comedy at the National Theater of Strasbourg where, for three years, she did theater and learned her trade. It was in 1984 that the actress took her first steps in front of a camera during the filming of the film Derborence. Subsequently, Isabel Otero chained roles in the cinema in feature films such as: The Magnificent Lover, Foreign City, Sacred Land, The Caprices of a River, Malena is a name of tango, La Buena vida and The bet.

But, it is on the small screen that the actress will really impose herself over the years. After playing in several TV movies, but also in some series such as: Navaro and the crime, Isabel Otero landed the role of her career in 2003. That year, she played the first role in the series Diane, female cop on TF1. This successful detective fiction was broadcast on the first channel until 2010. Since the end of the series, Isabel Otero has pursued her career as an actress, mainly on television. She thus acted in Mongeville, Perfect Crimes, Commissioner Magellan, The Last Wave, and more recently The Pennacs.
