Is Intel completely revising its plans for the release of graphics cards Alchemist Bow?

If it should not be easy to return after so many years of absence on a market as delicate as that of the graphics card, it is an understatement to say that Intel’s communication around the Arc Alchemists is “confusing”. .

Rare media selected for testing?

The American seems to be aware of this and if we refer to the rumors mentioned by Igor Wallossek, Intel has largely modified its plans and there is no longer any question of a launch with great fanfare as is the tradition at AMD or NVIDIA.

On the contrary, it would rather be a question of a launch “spread” over several weeks with the progressive supply of resellers and the participation of only a few media. The latter could also be informed rather late of the receipt of the test samples.

In fact, there is a good chance that independent items will not be available until the actual release of the cards in stores. However, the method is not uncommon, although it is reserved for “second zone” cards, models that are far from the technological showcase.

Of course, Intel has not formalized anything like this, but if the thing were to be true, that would mean that the American would have more or less acknowledged the fact that he is not in the race for this generation. Nothing very surprising considering the long absence of Intel on this market.
