The range of graphics cards
Intel’s ARC Alchemist looks set to hit all market segments, but not at the same time.

It is an understatement to say that Intel is expected at the turn. However, the American founder is still slow to confirm the exact release date and the ranges of graphics cards that await us with ARC Alchemist.

Intel first on the entry level

The information we obtain is most often from leaks generally collected by a few specialists in the genre, such as this momomo_us quoted today by Tom’s Hardware.

This insider actually got its hands on a partial list of cards that Intel is considering. A list that would be linked to leaks from certain partners of the manufacturer. There are many references that are more related to the entry level: ARC A350, A350M, A370M and A380. Of course, the ‘M’ models are intended for the mobile market.

We also note that there is no reference to the rather high-end cards based on DG2-512: Intel seems well and truly on its way to a two-stage release with, first, the entry-level models and then, maybe in May/June, some tougher cards.

Finally, note the presence of several Intel Iris Xe Max references. This would tend to confirm that Intel also plans to market the less powerful DG2 GPU models outside of the ARC Alchemist brand. One thing is in any case certain: while AMD / NVIDIA are preparing their new generation, Intel will not have the right to make mistakes.
