How the pricing table works

Intel acquired a few months ago the start-up Screenovate, publisher of PC synchronization software for the general public, like the Dell Mobile Connect app from the PC manufacturer. Since then, the founder has redirected the target towards a more professional audience, more particularly users of Intel Evo laptops.

The software was already mentioned during the presentation of the new Intel Evo certification accompanying the release of the 12th generation Alder Lake Core mobile processors. The availability of the app, renamed Intel Unison for the occasion, seems imminent.

Intel Unison will be reserved for Intel Evo certified laptops.

The Intel Unison app will therefore make the link between the Intel Evo laptop PC and your Android or iOS smartphone. Four functions will be available for the moment: taking phone calls directly on the PC, transferring files or photos by drag and drop, the possibility of reading and responding to SMS; Finally, all the notifications from your smartphone will appear on the PC.

It is likely that other possibilities will be added later, such as the possibility of displaying the screen of the smartphone directly on the PC or extending the screen of the latter on the smartphone or tablet. This is far from new since Samsung, Huawei and Honor currently offer the same features, but limited to devices from each of its brands.

Intel Unison should be available before the end of 2022 on a selection of Evo-certified laptops from Acer, HP and Lenovo, and more widely on Intel Evo laptops equipped with a 13th generation Core processor which should be released in 2023.
