to eat and drink
First of all, you should take care of your physical well-being. Here, the BBK recommends creating the following stocks.
- Eating and drinking for 10 days (expect a requirement of 2,200 kcal per person and day)
- 2 liters of liquid per person per day
Since you all certainly have very different preferences when it comes to nutrition, general product recommendations are difficult. Those who are not picky when it comes to food can fall back on food packages put together by appropriate providers, which are usually still relatively compact.

In the event of a disaster, you may not be able to rely on quick medical help, but have to treat yourself. A well-organized medicine cabinet is helpful here; according to the BBK, it should contain the following things:
