Tottenham Hotspur’s England international Chioma Ubogagu has been banned for nine months for a doping offence. On October 7, 2021, the National Anti-Doping Agency (UKAD) was able to detect the banned diuretic canrenone in its sample. The ban applies retrospectively from January 18, 2022.
