“Intimate.”: New series from the “Discounter” makers starts at Joyn and shortly afterwards at ProSieben

“Intimate.”: What once began as a YouTube hobby series by the later creators of the Prime series “Die Discounter” will now make it big on March 24, 2023 on Joyn. The five filmmakers Bruno Alexander, Emil and Oskar Belton, Max Mattis and Leo Fuchs have everything in their own hands. Together they write the screenplays, direct, manage the production, do the editing and are also the main actors.

The crew behind “Intimate.” and “Die Discounter” does everything themselves

In 2017, the five school friends had the idea for the DIY series in the schoolyard of their high school in Hamburg. Ajar is “Intimate.” strongly reminiscent of “jerks.” by role model and foster father Christian Ulmen. As with “Die Discounter”, his production company Pajama Pictures is once again the godfather. Ulmen can also be seen in a supporting role.

Almost two weeks exclusively on Joyn Plus+, then on free TV

On the 24th, the first two episodes will start on Joyn Plus+, and from then on there will be two new episodes a week. On April 4, 2023 “Intimate.” then also on free TV at ProSieben. A total of eight episodes can be seen there on four Tuesdays in double episodes, each at 11:45 p.m.
