(Boursier.com) — We will be able to buy and sell Charwood Energy shares from July 13, the company having successfully listed on the stock exchange. The Board of Directors has set the Offer price at €11.38 per share, which corresponds to the lower limit of the indicative Offer price range.
The total gross proceeds of the issue amounted to approximately 12.4 ME (including 8.46 ME by offsetting claims).
In this context, 1,088,407 new shares were issued, of which 88.7% as part of the global placement (through orders from institutional investors, representing a demand of approximately €11m) and 11.3% as part of the open price offer (through 1,418 individual investors, representing
a request of approximately 1.4 ME.
Following this operation, the capital of Charwood Energy is made up of 5,198,407 ordinary shares, representing a market capitalization of approximately 59.2 ME, based on the price of 11.38 Euros per share.
