(AOF) – Intuitive Surgical is expected to rise more than 5% in pre-market on Wall Street after announcing preliminary sales up 17% to $1.93 billion in the fourth quarter, against consensus of 1.87 billion. The surgical robotics specialist announces having installed 1,370 Da Vinci surgical systems in 2023, an increase of 8% compared to the 1,264 systems installed in 2022. For the whole of 2023, Da Vinci procedures worldwide have increased by approximately 22% compared to 2022.
