(CercleFinance.com) – UBS Group declared to the AMF that it had taken a downward step on May 17, 2024, indirectly, through the companies it
control, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Inventiva.
This crossing of the threshold results from an off-market sale of INVENTIVA shares to the result of which the trading exemption applies.
UBS Group no longer holds any Inventiva shares within the meaning of the aforementioned provisions.
