iPhone 14: Apple’s release date is making the rounds

The iPhone 14 will not be long in coming. But when exactly can we expect the new Apple cell phone? A relatively believable release date is currently doing the rounds. But there are still uncertainties.

Normally, the new iPhone 14 should be presented in September – four models in number. Specifically, the iPhone 14 (6.1 inches), the iPhone 14 Max (6.7 inches), the iPhone 14 Pro (6.1 inches) and the iPhone 13 Pro Max (6.7 inches) are expected. But when exactly in September? The colleagues from 9to5Mac dare to make a credible prediction.

iPhone 14: Apple’s Keynote on September 13th and release on 23.09.

In view of the previous presentation dates of the last few years – with the exception of 2020 – there is a fairly clear picture for the keynote event for the colleagues. As a result, it can be expected on Tuesday, September 13th. The week before should not be an option due to a public holiday
come, quote (translated):

“If history tells us anything, Apple usually holds its annual special event to announce new iPhone models on the first or second Tuesday in September. This year that would be September 6th or 13th. With Labor Day falling on September 5 in the US, September 13 is the most likely date for a keynote this year.”

This statement also agrees with our assumption. But the presentation date is not the same as a release date, since this is the actual start of sales. Apple can also schedule this a little later, but it usually takes place in September. What about the iPhone 14?

You don’t need a new iPhone 14 for this, but iOS 16 and macOS Ventura from autumn:

Problem case iPhone 14 Max

In the best-case scenario, customers could then order their iPhone 14 as early as September 16 and hold it in their hands on September 23. But this is not quite certain, at least not for all models. Recently there have been rumors that Apple is having trouble with the new iPhone 14 Max. At least this model could appear late after all. For all other variants, however, no manufacturing problems are currently reported. In short: it looks good for the majority of the iPhone 14.
