(CercleFinance.com) – Ipsos announces that its Board of Directors has co-opted Pierre Barnabé as a director following the resignation of Henry Letulle, whose mandate also expired at the end of the general meeting scheduled for May 17, 2022.
Executive Vice-President of Atos in charge of the big data & cybersecurity division and the manufacturing market, Pierre Barnabé is also responsible for its security. He joined Atos at the end of 2014 following the acquisition of Bull, where he was Deputy CEO.
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, the cooptation of Pierre Barnabé as a director of Ipsos will be subject to ratification at the next general meeting of shareholders.
