Ireland Baldwin: Alec Baldwin’s daughter hits back at haters on Instagram

Ireland Baldwin makes a sweeping statement and finally gets everything off her chest in a long Instagram statement. Above all, bullies on the net who send her bad messages without being asked get her fat off.

After Camilla Cabello, 25, Ireland Baldwin, 26, is now bursting. A few days ago, the singer was publicly annoyed at being photographed by paparazzi on the beach and then being judged by the whole world. “We see pictures of women and we praise them because they look good, because they’re fit or ‘healthy’. But what is health when you’re so focused on your looks that your mental health suffers and your life doesn’t can enjoy?”

Ireland Baldwin bursts his collar on Instagram

A key sign that also encouraged Ireland to share her thoughts on Instagram as well: “I don’t really know where to start. I went live on my Instagram today because to be honest, I’ve hit a boiling point. I’ve my period. I’m angry and tired. I felt the need to address these emotions and these fiery feelings within me. […] Of course, I’m not nearly as famous as Camilla, but I can relate to every word of her post. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been called fat, ugly, worthless and irrelevant by adults online,” she said of her life as the celebrity daughter of actors Alec Baldwin, 64, and Kim Basinger, 68.

Especially when it comes to appearances, Ireland has always been influenced far too much by strangers. “I’ve spent far too many years starving, eating, purging, measuring myself, stepping on the scale, spitting food in my purse, and ruining my body because of a troll who told me I’d never be as thin and beautiful as my mother.”

But while Ireland used to suffer from the comparisons, she’s now much more confident on the subject: “I love my body. I love the way it moves. I love how I feel in it. Sure, I have my insecurities. I know many of you assume I’m full of lip fillers, breast implants and botox, but while there’s absolutely nothing wrong with any of those things, I’m not, but hell! All you could have done had to, was to ask! […] Words hurt no matter how much I pretend they’re not. I know it’s best to keep quiet and let things fizzle out sometimes… ehhhh, but I’m through with that. I also live by a newly discovered motto: stand up for yourself.

Alec Baldwin’s seventh child is none of her business

It seems the criticism and hate has increased since the announcement in late March that her father Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria are expecting their seventh child, which Ireland also briefly touches on. She’s “received countless messages from people who are alarmingly obsessed with their father, Alec, and his family,” and she’s expected to make her own statement. And sure enough, past Instagram posts have included comments like, “It’s none of my business… but does Alec need another one? Maybe he does, but it seems like overkill.”

However, Ireland makes it clear that her father’s affairs are not hers and that she lives her own life with her boyfriend and their six dogs in Oregon.

Ireland concludes her reckoning by saying that while there are far more important things in the world, sometimes you just have to let your emotions run free to find peace.
