Ironheart: “Star Wars” actor confirmed as new cast addition

• The Disney+ series “Ironheart” will introduce the new character Riri Williams closer to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
• The young scientist will make her Marvel debut in Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever, starring actress Dominique Thorne.
• It has now been announced that “Solo” actor Alden Ehrenreich will also take on a role in the Marvel series.

With “Ironheart” another Disney + series will expand the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). In addition to Dominique Thorne in the leading role of the young scientist Riri Williams aka Ironheart and “In The Heights” star Anthony Ramos in another leading role, “Star Wars” actor Alden Ehrenreich will now join the cast of the new Marvel series.

Filming on Marvel’s Ironheart has begun and slowly but surely we’re getting more and more insights into the new series about Riri Williams, the genius inventor and tinkerer who follows in Tony Stark’s footsteps.

As the US magazine Deadline now reports, Ehrenreich is to appear in a previously unknown role in the Marvel series.

With his role as Han Solo in “Solo: A Star Wars Story” Ehrenreich already got a big role in the successful Star Wars franchise. Now we can’t wait to see how his character will enrich the MCU.
