On September 20, 2023, Disney+ will make its new French series Irrésistible available to its subscribers, starring Camélia Jordana. To arouse the curiosity of the public a little more, the platform has just unveiled the first trailer (see above) for this season 1 which will be divided into six episodes…

Camélia Jordana, lovesick in “Irresistible”

Here, the one we now know both as a singer and as an actress slips into the skin of Adèle, a creator of a successful Parisian podcast, who has a mutual crush on Arthur, a mathematician.

But as soon as she is in his presence, our heroine has panic attacks and even risks feeling unwell! The diagnosis is simple: Adèle suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, a direct consequence of her previous love affair which ended badly. Adele then has no choice but to stay away from Arthur. But the pull is too strong…

A romantic comedy in six episodes

In this romantic comedy, Camélia Jordana gives the answer to some faces well known to the general public. The interpreter of Arthur is indeed Théo Navarro-Mussy, whom we have already seen in Hippocrates or even A serious profession. But that’s not all !

Both share the Irresistible poster on Disney + with Corentin Fila (Mortel), Zinedine Soualem (In Body), Salomé Dewaels (Lost Illusions), Zoé Schellenberg (My Heroine) Simon Ehrlacher (Plus belle la vie), Marion Séclin ( Studio Bagel, Golden Mustache), Alicia Hava (Mental), Estelle Meyer and Jean Chevalier from the Comédie Française.

The series was created by Clémence Madeleine-Perdrillat and directed by Antony Cordier and Laure de Butler. Finally, the end credits of each episode are interpreted by… Camélia Jordana and are entitled I stay calm. Something to delight his fans! To discover from September 20 on Disney +, therefore.
