On the Trustpilot rating platform, 64 percent of all customers rated it as “excellent”, while 26 percent described alternate.de as “unsatisfactory”. Of the Total score is 4.0. Some customers reported that shipping took longer than planned. Others report fast delivery. Apparently the reasons for this are more logistical. Many customers are generally very satisfied with the service, but give no details. It’s probably a matter of personal taste whether you’re happy with it or not. Ratings such as “Everything is great!” or “Everything is okay!” speak for very good service. Some even report good quality at a fair price. However, others talk about the delivery of the goods without prior notice, which meant that they could not be delivered because the customer was not at home. From the looks of it, customer reviews are pretty mixed. While some speak of top service, others report damaged goods. It seems that it differs from case to case. Shipping and delivery are probably problematic in individual cases. This also occurs with other providers such as Notebooksbilliger.de. Nevertheless, transport damage is unacceptable for the customer – especially when it comes to electronic devices. This is also related to a delay: you have to send the goods back first in order to then receive a new delivery. This is a point that also causes negative customer reviews. However, the positive reviews outweigh the negative. Therefore, it is more likely that you will be satisfied with your order from Alternate.
