Passed by the Alpe d’Huez Comedy Festival, the sketch film “Happy Winners” was released in our theaters this Wednesday, March 13. What did spectators think of the feature film with Audrey Lamy, Fabrice Eboué and Anouk Grinberg?
What does it talk about ?
1 chance in 19 million. More likely to be hit by a meteor than to win the lottery. For our lucky winners, the dream will quickly turn into a nightmare, and their lives will shatter in a spectacular firework of black comedy and thrills.
What rating on AlloCiné?
With an average of 3.4 out of 5 obtained from 171 ratings*, this is currently Audrey Lamy’s best film since La Brigade, which obtained 3.5. As for Fabrice Eboué, Happy Winners starts behind the squeaky Barbaque (3.7), his latest achievement to date.
They liked

They didn’t like
“I hope there won’t be too much misunderstanding between the trailer and what the film really is and that people will be happy to have been surprised”asks USH I despite its very good rating (4.5 out of 5).

In summary
The sharp humor that Happy Winners uses to address a universal subject (our relationship with money) hits the mark, and the casting is seductive.
But the division into sketches creates an uneven result for some, while others worry about the impact of the film’s darkness on part of the public.
