More than half of the workforce currently working in the automotive supply chain will no longer be employed in this sector, the minister warned. “We have to change our attitude. Continuous training means that you have to get used to changing jobs in the course of your life. There is no longer a permanent job that remains in a specific location to do a specific type of work.
