A dream came true for Isabelle Hartmann with the birth of her son in December 2020. But since then, the little bully has turned the model’s life upside down. In the new episode GLOSSIP, the GALA beauty podcast, the content creator talks to Lara Golombek about her time off as a young mother and her life savers during pregnancy.

Isabelle Hartmann, 26, stands for minimalism and neutral colors. On her Instagram account, she regularly shares stylish outfit posts, insights from her cozy Hamburg home and, most recently, her son Carlo. With her husband Felix, she makes a beautiful couple. In addition to her job as a content creator, the blonde also works as a model.

Episode 1: Isabelle Hartmann: How does she integrate self-care into her everyday mom life?

The Hartmanns have had a baby for over a year: little Carlo. Mama Isabelle enjoys every free second with him, but it’s still important to her to switch off from time to time. Even during pregnancy, the content creator made sure to have time for herself. Because the first few months were not easy for the 26-year-old. Which complaints did she suffer from the most, was she able to exercise and which care products did she swear by during the nine months?

Before a nice pregnancy belly my waist was completely gone.

Especially as a model, a quick way to the pre-baby body was important to her. But how quickly could the 26-year-old be back in front of the lens for shootings after giving birth? Did stretch marks bother you or did you feel good right away?

Movement is good for the woman from Hamburg. Even during her pregnancy she liked to do everything on foot and now she still loves going for long walks with her Carlo. In the new GLOSSIP episode, she reveals which courses she recommends for young mums and which sport she would like to integrate more regularly into her everyday life.
