"It left him with after-effects": Black M confides on the difficulties of his son Isaac, very premature: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

After Gad Elmaleh, it's Black M's turn to meet students who have failed at school on the show Dunces on RMC, Thursday April 2, 2020. Throughout this exchange, the interpreter of On my road shared with them his experience behind the school benches, his childhood dreams and his career. The singer even let go of some secrets about his life as a dad and his son Isaac, now eight years old. To try to reassure two schoolchildren with dyspraxia and the other dyslexic, the former member of Sexion d'Assaut wanted to share with them a difficult moment in his life: the birth of the little boy, a very premature baby.

Aftermath for Isaac

My son was born premature, at five-six months old… So that left him with after-effects. There, already at seven (at the time of the shooting of the show, note), he has certain shortcomings that little ones his age do not have. So we have to press on certain things that make him need more effort ”, he said. Thus, Black M tried to make them understand that each child must be treated with respect for their differences, by engaging in open heart: “It is a permanent support. It’s not frustrating him, not upsetting him. Premature babies are very emotional. When he's happy, he's happy crazy. When he is sad, he is mad. And so we have to do it slowly ”.

Very discreet about his private life, the new recruit of the Enfoirés troop has never disclosed the face of her son born from her union with Léa Djadja, met about ten years ago during the filming of the clip Wati Bon Son. Very in love with his beautiful, he dedicated the title to her Leah on his third album Once upon a time, released in fall 2019. "I always wanted to do it. But I was not necessarily ready. I really wanted to do something good in the lyrics, " he said on the set of Click TV the same year.
