(Boursier.com) — ITLink, a consulting and engineering company specializing in connected systems, enters into exclusive negotiations with the company RADèS, with a view to acquiring 100% of its capital. Founded in 2006 and based in Paris, RADèS has developed expertise in the fields of process supervision, project management and the integration of banking software. With a team of 40 consultants, RADèS achieved a turnover of 4.1 million euros in 2021. The acquisition project is part of the strategy of the ‘Connext’25’ plan and will allow IT Link to develop its presence in the areas of Banking-Finance-Insurance in Île-de-France. The transaction could be finalized by the end of the year, after signing a definitive agreement. It remains subject to the usual conditions precedent. The price of the acquisition, paid in cash, would be partially financed by a bank loan. It is not disclosed.
