Season 6 of The Crown will be the last. Expected for the fall of 2023, the series is gradually being revealed thanks to its producer, Suzanne Mackie.
While filming has been wrapped for a few months, season 6 of The Crown is entering its final post-production stage before a release scheduled for this fall. This is revealed by producer Suzanne Mackie in an interview according to The Hollywood Reporter. The final chapter of the series will explore Diana’s final days and the implications of her disappearance for the royal family.
The accident of the princess, killed in the car under the Alma bridge, in Paris, on August 31, 1997, will not be shown on the screen.
