Microsoft and NVIDIA crack a special Christmas offer early, combining GeForce NOW Ultimate And Game Pass.

It is through the traditional blog article GeForce NOW Thursday let the chameleon brand tell us the news. So, for a limited time, taking a six-month subscription to GeForce NOW Ultimate will include a three-month subscription to PC Game Pass. Besides this “ gaming gift », NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service is reinforced with several features and games.

Christmas on a cloud with Game Pass

As part of the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Microsoft had already had to make concessions around cloud gaming. This was particularly illustrated by the arrival of Xbox exclusives on GeForce NOW. It is therefore not surprising that this partnership manifests itself in the form of such an offer.

Thus and for a limited time, any subscription to GeForce NOW Ultimate for six months will include access for three months to PC Game Pass. Please note, however, that such a subscription will require a certain investment of 109 euros.

Such a collaboration will therefore allow you to enjoy the latest games integrated into Game Pass such as Forza Motorsport with the capabilities of an RTX 4080. And therefore also access to DLSS 3, image generation or even NVIDIA Reflex, for those who do not have an RTX 4000 in their configuration.

Several new features as a bonus

In addition to this collaboration, the GeForce NOW application is enhanced with a functionality allowing you to synchronize your cloud gaming service account with your Xbox account. This will make it easier to find the games installed on your machine, as well as all other Xbox titles supported by the service. Same observation for Ubisoft+, which as a reminder has recovered the rights to cloud gaming for Activision Blizzard games.

Finally, the new version of GeForce NOW includes improved in-game diagnostic tools like patches and codec information, to help users stream games in the best possible quality.

Speaking of games, it wouldn’t be a GeForce NOW Thursday without new arrivals in the catalog. Among the most notable additions this week we have the Heroic Edition of Guild Wars 2or Remnant II. 18 other games are joining or will join the service in due course, as listed above.
