Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner spent a fortune on property in Florida's most secure community.

What will Ivanka Trump (39) do after her father's presidency? At least the place for it now seems set: The entrepreneur and her husband Jared Kushner (39) have spent a fortune on a property in Florida, as "Page Six" reports. This is 1.82 acre land with a 60 meter boardwalk on Indian Creek Island, an exclusive, gated island with just 29 properties.

The neighborhood is considered to be the safest place in Florida. The 29 houses are guarded around the clock by a 13-person police team and an armed marine unit on the water. For their place in the exclusive Miami district, Trump's daughter and son-in-law have invested more than 30 million US dollars. The land is said to have previously belonged to Julio Iglesias (77). Her future neighbors will include supermodel Adriana Lima (39).
