Ivanka Trump breaks her silence
She loves her father and is currently in pain

Donald Trump has to stand his ground in a criminal court. Now his daughter Ivanka also speaks out: “I love my father.”
Ivanka Trump (41), the daughter of former US President Donald Trump (76), spoke for the first time after the indictment against her father. In one of her Instagram stories Ivanka now referred to the events of the last few days. In it she wrote: “I love my father and I love my country. Today, I feel pain for both.” She appreciated voices from across the political spectrum expressing their support and concerns.
On Thursday, a sitting or former president was criminally indicted for the first time in US history. A Manhattan jury voted in favor more than six years after he allegedly paid hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels, 44. He wanted to use the money to sweep an alleged affair under the carpet during his presidential candidacy. Possibly a punishable behavior that should now be clarified in court. The exact allegations in the indictment against her father have not yet been announced. The public prosecutor’s office could change this on Tuesday and grant insights into the files, according to US media.
Ivanka Trump no longer wants to support her father politically
It was not until November 2022 that Ivanka Trump announced that she would no longer support her father politically if he became president again. During his first term in office, she was his advisor. She wants to focus on her family in the future. “I love my father very much. This time I’m choosing to prioritize my young children and the personal life we create as a family,” she also reads on her Instagram stories. “Although I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside of the political arena.”
