Jacquemus celebrates love, homosexuality and diversity

In its new campaign called "L’Amour", Jacquemus honors gay, lesbian, straight and mixed couples.

In response to the many homophobic messages he receives on his Instagram account, Simon Porte Jacquemus had the great idea to celebrate love in all its forms. While his spring-summer 2021 collection was presented on July 16, in the middle of the wheat fields of the French Vexin Regional Natural Park, the French designer recently unveiled the advertising campaign associated with this collection called "L’Amour". This inclusive and sensual series of photos showcases gay, lesbian, straight or mixed couples fondling, kissing and cuddling.

That love

In this very particular and complicated health context, Jacquemus cheers us up by offering us a good dose of love. And on social networks, the reactions were not long in coming! The campaign was completely unanimous among Internet users. "Thank you for these sublime photos","Magnificent !», Can we read for example in comments under the pictures in question.

This campaign is a nice response to the homophobic comments the stylist regularly receives when sharing photos with his companion Marco Maestri. "Too many people still think that homosexuality is a problem. This is also the reason why I post this“, Said the designer on his Instagram account.
