Every day passes before this “chamber of narcotics”as she is nicknamed, the little hands of traffic in Seine-Saint-Denis, prosecuted, according to the formula of the penal code, for “the transport, possession, offer, transfer, acquisition or illicit use narcotics”.

Two days during which the health authorities of Hauts-de-Seine and Seine-Saint-Denis had noted an unusual series of serious illnesses and non-fatal overdoses of this product: twenty-three cases. On May 16, emergency services had to intervene for seven overdoses in just half an hour.
