Jake Gyllenhaal (41) is a real Hollywood star himself. Now he betrayed in an interview with “W” magazine, also to have become nervous because of colleagues. Hollywood legend Brad Pitt (58) in particular upset the actor. The two met on the set of The Good Girl in the early 2000s.
At the time, Gyllenhaal was working with Pitt’s first wife, “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston (52). There were “many daring scenes” between the two, as the now mature actor recalls. That’s why he was so uncomfortable getting to know Pitt, who was married to Aniston from 2000 to 2005. It even went so far that Gyllenhaal accidentally banged his hand on a door instead of taking Pitt’s hand in greeting. The embarrassment was perfect.
Brad Pitt gave him a second chance
Gyllenhaal emphasized how kindly Brad Pitt reacted to his slip-up. He shook his hand again in a friendly manner and said: “Well, you have one more, everything is fine.” Today, the ‘Love And Other Drugs’ actor looks back on his encounter with Pitt and calls it “a really nice exchange.”
