James Michael Tyler spoke openly about his illness

In June 2021, Tyler first spoke publicly about his illness. “I’ve had to deal with this diagnosis for almost three years. It’s now in the terminal stages. It will probably get me at some point,” said the actor on the US talk show “Today”. According to Tyler, the cause of its severe course was that the disease initially went unnoticed.
