At RTL, ex-“Bachelor” Jan Kralitschka wants to “desperately search for an apartment!” Help families find a new home.

Jan Kralitschka (45), best known for his search for love as “Bachelor” in 2013, is looking again – this time, however, for apartments. The tenancy law expert will help in the new format “Apartment desperately wanted!” people in the process of finding a new home.

The show will be broadcast on RTL every Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. from May 17. In it, two families place themselves in the hands of tenancy law expert Kralitschka. It is only by taking stock that he determines exactly what kind of apartment is being sought: location, size and price. It is then analyzed why the search has failed so far. In addition, an individual plan is drawn up as to how the families can find an apartment on their own. Kralitschka takes care of discussions with banks, job centers, employers, friends and relatives.

Lawyer and TV star

Jan Kralitschka studied law at the University of Münster and has been working as a lawyer since 2004. In 2020 he received his doctorate from the University of Bayreuth. He is best known to TV viewers as “Bachelor” of the third season (2013) – he did not find great love there. Since then, he has been seen on television more often, including in “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner” (2014), “Deutschland tanzt” (2016) or in the talent show “Curvy Supermodel – Echt. Schön. Kurvig” (2018).
