In 2022, Jana Pallaske was brutally attacked, the perpetrator tried to rape her – a traumatic experience that the actress is now talking about on Instagram.

In the jungle camp, Jana “Urkraft” Pallaske, 43, is currently causing a stir with her spiritual nature. She “would like to give other people and especially women courage with their being and work,” says the candidate’s description. But behind the new name and the desire of the actress is a traumatic experience. Last year, Jana was brutally attacked and almost raped, as she now reveals in an Instagram post.

Jana Pallaske: “A man broke into my house at night…”

There are lines that Jana Pallaske should have prepared before moving into the jungle camp and shortly before the broadcast of the third episode of “I’m a star – get me out of here!” January 15 have been published on Instagram. In it, the “Men’s Hearts” actress describes her “Salvation journey after the brutal attack last year” and writes: “EA man broke into my house at night, overpowered me with a knife, tried to rape me. That and how I survived and was able to put him to flight was a miracle [sic]”.

Jana also makes her unbearable pain visible – with pictures that document the healing process of her wounds after the attack.

“Once a woman has fought for her life like that, she’s never the same”

The singer would also like to turn her inner healing outwards and explains: “So this experience – as terrible as it was initially – was ultimately a blessing for me, an initiation, like a test that I was allowed to pass in order to enter a new chapter in my life. And that’s why I now bear the name Jana URKRAFT. Because once a woman has fought for her life like that, she is no longer the same [sic].”

With this terrible act, Jana Pallaske also goes public to help other affected people. “I would like to set up the WUNDE-R Foundation to support victims of violent attacks,” she continues. She adds the “R” to the word “wound”, which creates the new word “miracle” – her miracle of healing.
