Presenter Janin Ullmann has been single for over two years. Now she has talked about how she thinks about love after separating from actor Kostja Ullmann.
After 12 years of relationship, two of which were married, Janin, 39, and Kostja Ullmann, 36, announced their separation in December 2018. Officially, the presenter is still single, but currently she has to do with the subject of "love" professionally – for her new ZDFneo show "How long is forever?". The 39-year-old also learned a lot about herself from researching and talking to the format.
The most important love is self-love
"A nice insight is that the person you will always be with is yourself. That is why it is important that you treat yourself lovingly and not look for happiness outside," she said in an interview with "t- on-line". It might sound trite, she added, but it is good to tidy up in front of your own door, even if it can be painful.

But that does not mean that the Erfurt native had finished with the idea of "finding the man for life". "That would be a shame," she added in the interview and added: "I believe in 'Forever'. But I also believe that there can be several 'Forever' because you always have memories of people with you I think that's very nice too. "
But where does a woman like Ullmann currently meet a new man? After all, there are currently strict contact and exit restrictions due to the corona pandemic. "I just don't date!" Was her pragmatic answer. "I'm not a dating guy anyway. It's not easy for anyone like me who is single at the moment. It is all the better if you concentrate more on yourself."
