Jc decaux sa. : Renewed partnership with Groupe ADP


(CercleFinance.com) – JCDecaux announced on Friday that it had been selected by the ADP group, following a consultation, to become a co-shareholder in the Extime Media joint venture.

This new brand, which will be owned 50/50 by ADP and JCDecaux, will operate
from January 1, 2023 advertising activities at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget airports.

The two partners say they want to make Extime X JCDecaux a ‘benchmark’ for new airport media in France and abroad, drawing on JCDecaux’s expertise in the sector.

It is planned that Extime’s activities will be deployed from 2024 at the Turkish airports of Antalya and Milas-Bodrum.

In a separate press release, JCDecaux indicates that its subsidiary JCDecaux France has been selected by the City of Paris, following a procedure launched in 2020, for the supply and operation of its next automatic toilet service.

Under the terms of the agreement, a new generation of toilets designed and assembled in France will increase access to the service with 435 self-maintaining devices which will be deployed between 2024 and early 2025 to replace current equipment dating from 2009.

This network will replace the system currently in place, also operated by JCDecaux.
