2024 - Jean-Jacques Bourdin at Sud Radio: how was his baptism of fire

Following his dismissal from RMC and BFMTV, Jean-Jacques Bourdin has joined the ranks of Sud Radio, where he will present a daily program from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. this season. The journalist took his first steps on the air on Monday August 29, 2022.

Monday, August 29, 2022 marked the kick-off of the 2022-2023 season on television and radio antennas. While the summer transfer window now seems officially over, several recruits have made their debut on the media they joined during the summer. This was particularly the case of Jean Jacques Bourdin. Former unmissable face of RMC and BFM TV for many years, the journalist, who embodied the morning of the station of the Altice group for nearly 20 years, had been dismissed last season, following the charges of attempted sexual assault which he was the subject of.

From now on it is on the antenna of South Radio that the animator will officiate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jean-Jacques Bourdin therefore performed his baptism of fire in his new media this Monday, August 29, 2022. “Hi there. I’m happy to be with you on South Radio. As you know, the radio is my base. Regardless of the media support, I’m going to make Bourdin! Those who know me know that. Like everywhere I’ve been, I have complete freedom here at South Radio and i’m happy about it“, first started the journalist. “During two hours, we will learn, we will explain, we will comment, we will debate with you. I have always enjoyed listening to your testimonies and your remarks.“, he continued.

“Don’t hesitate to call! You are our linchpin. You are our common thread throughout these two hours. I await your testimonials! I will ask you the question! All the questions you want to receive! You will give us your answers! I am waiting for your answers. I am waiting for your comments. You give us information through your testimonials“, finally concluded Jean-Jacques Bourdin. As a reminder, the journalist had first been suspended from RMC and BFM TV following accusations by the former weather presenter of the two media, Fanny Agostini, who claims that the presenter tried to kiss him in a swimming pool during a stay in Calvi in Corsica. Finally, the management of the Altice group chose to dispense with his services, by replacing it with Apolline de Malherbe at the controls of the morning political interview of RMC and BFM TV.
