Invited on Wednesday April 6, 2022 on the set of Télématin, François Feldman confided in the recording of his song Play not, and on the role of Jean-Jacques Goldman in the choice of his duet.
François Feldman and Joniece Jamison have been friends for many years. This Wednesday, April 6, 2022, the French singer confided on the set of Telematinon the output of her new single entitled She sings, which he performs with the 65-year-old American. At the time, François Feldman had planned to perform his song in duet with another American singer, before Jean-Jacques Goldman came thwart his plans. Carole Fredericks recommended Joniece Jamison to Francois Feldman
A little annoyed at having to let go of her friend, Carole Fredericks would have confided to François Feldman that Jean-Jacques Goldman “found his song ‘not bad‘” before him recommend one of her friends. According to François Feldman, the American singer, who died in 2001 at the age of 49, said to him: “I have a girlfriend, Joniece Jamison, she’s on the tour, she does all the stadiums… She’s coming from London, so if you want! Besides, she’s prettier than me, she sings better than me…“.
Finally, the unexpected meeting between the two artists will be a real success because Dont play will rank second in the French Top 50 for several weeks. The trio composed of Carole Fredericks, Jean-Jacques Goldman and Michael Jones will release their first album soon after, in 1990.
