The two months of confinement imposed to fight the spread of the coronavirus epidemic were not easy. If at the beginning, everyone managed to respect the health instructions, after a few weeks, these were less and less followed. Guest of the show on Non Stop Debrief on Non Stop People, Jean-Pierre Castaldi returned to an anecdote that happened to him during confinement. Indeed, no longer supporting being locked up at home, the father of Benjamin Castaldi decided to take a short drive, a getaway that ended badly as he explained to Mickael Dos Santos: "I went out, took my car and had my license taken away. Two months. I was alone on the highway, you don't realize there was nobody there I was happy, finally free. I think I was at 140, 150, I have a car that makes no noise, I listened to the radio, I had the windows down, there was nobody, wham I was reminded of reality. "
A hard-to-live confinement
Jean-Pierre Castaldi then explained how he lived the weeks of isolation with his daughter and his wife: "I'm not meant to be locked up. So it seems that there have never been so many divorces since confinement, I heard that this morning on the radio, this is extraordinary news (…) The past 15 days have been tough. I think it was about time it stopped. I was with my wife and daughter, my wife was telecommuting, I’ve never seen her work that much. " Deconfigured and happy to be, The actor will become a grandfather again in a few weeks since his son Benjamin Castaldi will soon welcome his fourth boy.
