In a press release dated March 12, 2021 and published on her Facebook page, singer Jeane Manson returned to the incest accusations of her ex-daughter-in-law Coline Rojtman.
Accused of incest by her former daughter-in-law Coline Rojtman but also of being part of a "sect advocating pedophilia and incest", American singer Jeane Manson decided to break the silence in a statement. Richard Berry's ex-girlfriend, who was in a relationship with the actor between 1984 and 1986, considers her ex-daughter-in-law's words to be "treacherous and widely reported in the press is false" after specifying: "This is my press release in response to Madam Rotjman's false accusations. We released it to all media last Friday, but unfortunately it was never released."

Through this press release, the singer explains: "I confirm that I have never been part or not part of a sectarian movement. I reaffirm my total freedom of faith and thought. I have already written in my book published in 2011 that the musicians I frequented, then attached to this spiritual movement, they certainly formed a nice community, but of which I did not become a follower. Working with them was one thing, but their way of life was not made for me. The 1970s thus turned into malicious accusations. On the basis of this slanderous affair erected by my accuser, and which cruelly afflicts me and my family, by causing a serious attack on my honor, I reserve my explanations to the authorities who have been seized. "

As for Richard Berry, faced with these accusations, the Enfance majuscule association, of which he is the godfather, decided to dismiss him. In a press release from the association, we can read: “At this point in an investigation that has just started, Richard Berry's collaboration as Gala sponsor has been mutually terminated. Enfance Majuscule is deeply committed to hearing the voices of the victims and defending the presumption of 'innocence."
During an interview with Europe 1 at the beginning of March 2021, Coline Rojtman denounced this "instability" attributed to him: "It's one more assault. (…) It's hard for the person to confess their guilt. So it's denial first and then discredit the person accusing you."
