Jeff Bridges keeps his fans informed after his cancer diagnosis. Now he has published an update on Twitter.

In October, US actor Jeff Bridges (71) announced that he had been diagnosed with lymphoma and that he was undergoing treatment for the cancer. On twitter he has now given his fans an update on his condition.

This is the latest version: "I feel good, I shaved my hair, got me a puppy (Monty), had a birthday (71)," tweeted Bridges. He also published a photo of him with his head shaved and Jeff Bridges celebrated his 71st birthday on December 4th, smiling at the camera with his new dog on his lap and saying goodbye to his beard.

Bridges has appeared in over 50 major Hollywood productions, including "Starman", "Iron Man" and "The Big Lebowski" – his role in the film earned him international cult status. In 2010 he won the Oscar for best leading actor for his performance in "Crazy Heart". He was also nominated for a golden boy six times.
