Jennifer Aniston: The stars bustle with this Instagram challenge

Jennifer Aniston participates in the black and white photo challenge, although she does not understand it. These mega stars are also there.

US star Jennifer Aniston (51, "Friends") also participates in the black and white photo challenge and posted a corresponding picture of herself on Instagram. In the commentary, she admits that she "doesn't quite understand" the challenge behind it. But she also writes why she's still participating: "Who doesn't love good reasons to support women! So … challenge accepted!"

Aniston is now part of the #womensupportingwomen challenge. Women post a black and white photo of themselves, comment it out with the hashtags #blackandwhitechallenge and #challengeaccepted and mark other women in the photo who admire them. Aniston featured among others Michelle Pfeiffer, Gal Gadot and Lily Collins.

With several million contributions, it is now one of the biggest challenges ever. Other stars have already uploaded a photo: Vanessa Hudgens, Natalie Portman, Pink, Jennifer Lopez, Vanessa Bryant, Kerry Washington, Eva Longoria etc. In Germany, stars such as Sylvie Meis, Judith Rakers and Ruth Moschner have already participated.

"And while we're at it …"

But that's not all, Aniston links her post to another good cause: She calls for registration for the US election: "And while we're at it (…) encourages all your friends, acquaintances, sisters, mothers and daughters to do the same. The election is coming and we have to take care of each other AND love each other! "said Aniston.

The day before, together with former "Friends" colleagues Lisa Kudrow (56) and Courteney Cox (56), she reminded people to cast their votes in the upcoming US election: "Friends remind friends of voting," it says Post Office. The election will take place on November 3.
