A few months after she revealed her baby bump for the first time, a relative of the actress had indeed confided in the columns of the magazine People : “She loves life as a couple, and they have a solid foundation for having a baby. She is very happy and can’t wait to be a mother.“

In an interview given to Vanity Fair, Jennifer Lawrence has revealed why she would separate her child’s life from her job. “If I was at a dinner party and someone said, ‘Oh my God, you’re having a baby,’ I wouldn’t say, ‘I can’t talk about it. Get away from me, you psychopath!’ But every instinct in my body wants to protect his privacy for the rest of his life, as much as possible. I don’t want anyone to feel welcome in his existence. And I feel like it starts with not including it in that part of my job“, she assured. In this article, the journalist noted that the actress “had been really worried before this interview. She felt uncomfortable not wanting to talk more about her baby. And her husband. And the sweet future they hope to build together in private… So here’s what I tell her: ‘She’s entitled to her limits. May they serve her and her family well. By leaving her baby out of our conversation, she has already started mothering her child.’“

In a relationship since June 2018 with the art dealer Cooke Maroney, the star revealed in the saga The Hunger Games took advantage of this interview to discuss the beginning of their relationship. For the first meetings, it stressed me a little and then I got used to it. I realized that my privacy was better preserved when I didn’t have a bodyguard.” After a year of love, it was in May 2019 that the couple got engaged, before getting married five months later, on October 19, 2019.
