It was originally offered by Azria’s widow at an auction in May 2024, which billionaire and investor Ron Burkle won with a bid of 30 million US dollars (approx. 27 million euros), according to TMZ. Now he wants to sell the property – for the proud price of 55 million US dollars (approx. 49.4 million euros).

The house, built in 1939 in colonial style, offers an incredible 14 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms on almost 2800 square meters of living space. As the always well-informed US media unanimously report, businesswoman J.Lo is trying to negotiate the price down “to 30 to 39 million US dollars”.
